Russell “Big Block” Spencer, CEO of Block Entertainment has jumped on board and launched his own campaign in an effort to encourage voter participation in the November 4th presidential election.

The campaign is a series of weekly video messages covering various topics surrounding voting in the 2008 Presidential election including; registration deadlines, former felon eligibility rights, determining your polling location, and what not to wear to the polls.

According to Block, “Don’t Block the Vote is my way of
encouraging my community to go to the polls and make history!”

Block will end his campaign on November 4th by providing transportation for Atlanta citizens to the polls and with a voter celebration event which will be held at the Block Entertainment Studio. The videos can be seen on the Block Entertainment and Bad Boy You Tube channels and at www.dontblockthevote.com. Be sure to check out the videos, but most of all, be sure to vote. Can it make a difference? Yes we can!
