While they’re not saying why, but following a serious of seeminly bashing Tweets and Instagram posts, the San Francisco 49ers suspended running back Brandon Jacobs yesterday.

After the announcement of Jacobs’ suspension for the final three games in which no other details were given, the team’s head coach Jim Harbaugh invoked his ‘fifth amendment’ right when asked to comment on the situation.

So like I said, while they’re not saying why, check out a few of Jacobs’ social media antics about not getting enough playing time and we’ll let you be the judge.

On Instagram, this past weekend after posting a series of photos of himself playing for the Giants, of which he did for the first seven years of his career, and of his two Super Bowl rings, he said in one of the posts, I am on this team rotting away so why would I wanna put any pics up of anything that say niners. ”This is by far the worst year I ever had, I’ll tell you like I told plenty others.”

He later tweeted, ”I don’t understand why people are angry at me because I wanna do what I am paid to do, I am a competitive person, I think people should be mad if I didn’t wanna play. As for all of my Instagram photos I don’t have any niner pics, if you’ll find me some pics I’ll put them up.”

Well there you so you be the judge and let us know what you think. Was this a Foul on the Play? If so…on whose behalf? If you ask me, it doesn’t sound like he wants to be on the team anyway. It’s seems as him going to the playoffs with the 49ers may be a little iffy.
