Rick Ross continues to make major moves with his Maybach Music Group empire.  After securing a gold-certified album with “God Forgives, I Don’t”, he’s been the studio lately working on his next album.  He’s been hinting for the past month that he would be releasing the official name of the album. Well, he did.  “Mastermind” will be his next studio album set to be released sometime this year.

 

As he’s known to do, Rick Ross released an official trailer for “Mastermind”.  In case you are expecting something different from the Boss visually, sorry to dissappoint you.  The video maintains the beautiful beach house scenery, a sexy companion, fashion and jewels type forte that only a boss of his stature can pull off.  Peep the trailer below:

 

 

In other Rick Ross news, the Miami-bred rapper will do an on-screen appearance in season 2 of Starz original series “Magic City”.  Rick Ross will play a character name The Bolita Boss.  Season 1 was pretty dope.  So, the second season will surely be just as exciting.  In case you’re wondering what “Magic City” is all about, here’s the official synopsis from the Starz website:
