Which Artists Rocked The Stage @ 2013 BET Awards? [Video Performances] Ms. Bels Monday, July 1, 2013 The Studio, Tune In One things for sure, the 2013 BET Awards brought the heat this year when it came to performances. There were actually more performances than awards given out. But, that’s cool. The millions of viewers who tuned in were more interested in the singing and dancing than they were who won best so and so. With that said, it was rather difficult to pick who actually had the best performance of the night. Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz, Charlie Wilson’s tribute, Janelle Monae and others all showed out. But if I could give an award to the most jaw dropping performance of night, it would have to go to Atlanta’ own Ciara. Ci Ci did her thang and showed the critics that she isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Also, this year BET decided to include a reggae set to the line-up which included Beenie Man and Elephant Man. Although new, this was a great addition and opportunity to represent for the large Caribbean culture here in America. In case you missed the awards show, check out a few of the performances below.
