On August 25th, immediately following the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, Cash Money Records will hosts a private VIP party in honor of people suffering from diabetes. CEO’s Ronald “Slim” Williams and brother Bryan “Birdman” Williams are giving back to the community during one of music’s biggest nights. This year, they are donating proceeds from their event to the American Diabetes Association. Lil Wayne and Birdman are hosting the event and will be bringing a few of their CMR and YMCMB artists along – Drake, DJ Khaled, Tyga, Busta Rhymes, Paris Hilton, and others.

We’ve had the honor of supporting with the American Diabetes Association through United Health Care last year at our Annual Turkey Drive and we’re looking forward to collaborating with ADA directly this time around, and together we’re giving Young Money/Cash Money Records VMA after-party a really wonderful purpose. We’re raising awareness and hoping to soldier on towards a cure, say Ronald “Slim” Williams.

Adds Bryan “Birdman” Williams, “Slim and I have always believed in giving back, and we are thrilled to give back to the community through the American Diabetes Association and party with a purpose.”

Although a limited amount of tickets will be made available to the general public, VIP tickets are available now via http://2013VMA.eventbrite.com (Code: CMVIP). Official VIP Tickets are $250.00 USD and Billionairs Club Tickets are $500.00, which guarantees entry into the Cash Money Records VIP seating area.
