ludadayLudacris will host his 8th Annual LudaDay Weekend on Thursday, August 29th through Monday, September 2nd 2013. The main focus of LudaDay Weekend is to give back to the Atlanta community. Since its start in 2005, LudaDay Weekend has consistently grown, attracting supporters from all over the world. The Celebrity Basketball Game will be on Sunday, September 1st at Georgia State University Sports Arena from 2-6 P.M. R&B Singer Usher will coach against Team Luda this year.

 

Last year it was Team Luda vs. Team Hart (Kevin Hart) with Team Hart winning 103-100. Celebrities that participated in last year’s game were Floyd Mayweather, Ma$e, Big Tigger, Shannon Brown, Pusha T, Jarrett Jack, Kenyon Martin and many more celebrities. Many celebrities are in attendance watching the game and this is a game that wouldn’t want to miss. Many celebrities have supported this event over the years such as, Chris Brown, Kevin Durant, Justin Bieber, Nelly, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony, Ciara, Vin Diesel, Gabrielle Union, Bow Wow, Tyrese and Taraji P. Henson. At last year’s game City Council President Ceasar Mitchell declared that September 2nd would officially be known as “Luda Day” in Atlanta.
