“Dr. J” from basketball to books….

Dr JNBA legend “Dr. J” writes his autobiography. Julius Erving aka “Dr. J” is a legend on the basketball court. He changed the game of basketball during his time in the NBA with his spins, dunks, crossovers and overall personal brand. He started his career with the American Basketball Association (ABA) and was instrumental in the merger between the NBA in 1976. “Dr. J” also made a name for himself by becoming the first player to really be the face and spokesperson for the NBA. He recently decided to write his autobiography to give his fans a chance to go a little deeper into his personal life.

So now that we have that out the way, hold on to your seats because I think he may have went a little too deep.

After 30 years, he is speaking out about his daughter outside of his marriage. “Dr. J” stated that his illegitimate daughter’s mother became pregnant because usually she provided oral sex. However, she got braces and couldn’t fulfill their sexual “agreement.”

SMH, I don’t know how to feel about this situation but I can truly say “Dr. J” has changed the game again.

LA teacher found guilty for deceitful cruel acts to students….

Los Angeles public school teacher charged with molestation. Mark Berndt, a 63 year-old LA public school teacher at Miramonte Elementary, was convicted of 23 counts of child molestation. The teacher pleaded no contest of the accusations of blindfolding 23 children and spoon feeding them his semen. Miramonte Elementary has a predominately Hispanic student population and 1,400 of the students are still learning English as a second language. Berndt tricked the kids into eating semen by telling them they were playing a tasting game. The photo technician at a local drug store where Berndt developed photos from the classroom incident reported his findings to authorities. The victims are now going through intense therapy and dozens of law suits have been filed.

“Woosa” is the only thing that comes to mind. I have so many things I would like to say, but I’m just going to spend my energy on praying for the innocent children.

Pennsylvania cops use excessive force on 14 year-old….

A mother is outraged at police for the beating of her 14 year-old son. Marissa Sargeant said her 14-year old son suffered major injuries after being handcuffed and beaten by cops. Sargeant’s son was caught by police for stealing out of a Walmart with another teen. Attorney David Heckler (from Bucks County) representing the officers, released a report that Sargeants’ son was hit in the face with a Taser after fleeing officers. Heckler also reported that the officers stated that they used the Taser because they feared for the boys’ safety.

Marissa Sargeant doesn’t believe the officer’s reports because she feels if her son was running… how he could have been struck in the front of his face. The family has hired an attorney to invest the case and file charges of excessive force.

This week the “Really Award” goes to all three articles! “Dr. J” you are a legend on the court but a lame for outing your flesh and blood for a book deal. Berndt (No Comment). Finally, to the Pennsylvania cops, you will soon find out you are not above the law.
