NBA All-Star and NCAA Champion, Carmelo Anthony has teamed up with 50 Cent on the SMS Audio, an audio and headphone accessory brand. Anthony has signed on as an investor. He will also be the newest brand ambassador.

Since entering the NBA, Anthony has emerged as one of the most well-known and popular players in the league and currently plays for the New York Knicks, and is the team’s 2012/2013 scoring champ. Named to the All-Rookie team, he was also part of the All-Star and All-NBA teams six times. Anthony led the Nuggets to two division titles and to the playoffs every year from 2004 to 2010. As a member of the USA National Team, Anthony won a bronze medal at the 2004 Olympics and gold medals at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.

 

Anthony marks the second celebrity to get involved with SMS Audio as an investment partner. In 2011, mega-producer Timothy “Timbaland” Mosley also became a partner, bringing his unparalleled music production background to the brand.
