The 49ers improved to 11-4 and clinched a playoff berth. 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick passed for 197 yards, 1 touchdown and had a rushing touchdown. Running Back Frank Gore led the 49ers in rushing with 97 yards and had a rushing touchdown. The Falcons are 4-11 now and this has been a very disappointing year for the Falcons. Falcons Quarterback Matt Ryan passed for 348 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Steven Jackson led the Falcons in rushing with 53 yards and a touchdown, his second straight game with a rushing touchdown.
