Ludacris Demands Full Custody & Child Support from Jump-Off

Luda the Do-Gooder

Chile…it has to be embarrassing for both parties when news like this won’t seem to go away.

Ludacris is back in court regarding parental authority over his newborn child, Cai Bella.  As some of you may remember, news broke last year that Ludacris had a child outside of his long-time relationship with another woman name Tamika Fuller. Fuller, a former waitress at Atlanta’s Magic City exotic dance club, took Luda to court and requested an absurd monthly child support payment ($17K). But, the rapper/actor fired back at her claiming to be broke, thus asking the judge to reduce the amount to $7K. The judge sympathized because of the recent death of Luda’s Fast & Furious co-star, Paul Walker, which caused production of the film to be halted.

Now, TMZ is reporting that Ludacris has turn the tables again on Tamika. He is know fighting for full custody of the baby and for the mother to pay him child support.

The rapper now says in legal docs he’s a “fit and capable parent” and should get full physical custody. He offers up his parental resume, saying he’s always been “an active father” to his 12-year-old girl.

Baby Cai Bella was born only two months ago and has been taken care of by Tamika. Tamika recently took to Twitter making claims that Luda has yet to make efforts to even see the baby.

Hmmm…interesting.

WHAT DO YOU THINK? SHOULD LUDA FIGHT FOR CUSTODY? OR NOT?
