Joe Johnson led the Nets with 18 points. Johnson shot poorly making 5 out of 15 shots. Paul Pierce finished with 16 points and 7 rebounds for Brooklyn. Deron Williams had 13 points and team-high 7 assists for Brooklyn. Brooklyn defeated Miami in all four meetings in the regular season and Brooklyn is playing completely different against the Heat. The Heat are very difficult to beat in the playoffs and the Nets spent a lot of money putting this team together. The Heat should be able to defeat the Nets in Miami and end this series in five games. The Heat need all the rest they can get and it’s a good chance they will get more rest if they continue playing like this.
