ScoreBoard: Indiana Fever Defeat Washington Mystics, 80-77

The Indiana Fever outscored the Washington Mystics 31-14 in the second quarter and went on to win 80-77.  Natasha Howard scored a game-high 20 points for the Fever.  Erlana Larkins had 16 points and team-high 7 rebounds for the Fever.  Lynetta Kizer came off the bench to score 10 points for the Fever.  The Fever shot well from the field making 52.5% of their shots and improve to 8-9.  The Fever are on a two-game winning streak.

 

All of the Mystics starters scored 11 or more points and were led by Monique Currie 18 points.  Emma Meesseman and Kia Vaughn had 13 points for the Mystics, Vaughn had a game-high 8 rebounds.  Mystics guards Bria Hartley had 12 points and Ivory Latta scored 11 points. Hartley had a game-high 4 assists.

 

The Mystics are 7-11 and have lost two games in a row.
