Apple’s new iPhone 6 and 6S hit the market on September 19th. Even with 10 million phones sold in the first weekend, the popularity of the product(s) couldn’t stop the problems that came with it.

One of the complaints of the new iPhone is its ability to bend. Many customers says that the material used to create the phone’s outer case is not sturdy. The phone if placed in a purse or pocket, can easily bend. Apple reps say that customers with faulty phones will be receive a replacement (only if the phone passes a visual mechanical inspection).

The other problems made known are the due to the iOS 8.0.1 rollout.

Reportedly, the software update has caused several bugs: disappearing keyboards, disabled cellular services, and disabled TouchID fingerprint scanners. The company will roll-out an iOS 8.0.2 version sometime this week. However, Apple suggests that users reinstall the software update using the updated version of iTunes.
