Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat was named the NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week for October 28th-November 2nd.

Bosh led the Heat to a 3-0 record with wins against the Washington Wizards, Philadelphia 76ers and his former-team the Toronto Raptors. Bosh averaged 25.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, 4 assists and 1.3 steals. Bosh best game was the opening game of the season against the Wizards when he made 9 out of 18 field goals, 3 out of 4 three-pointers, scored 26 points, and grabbed a season-high 15 rebounds, had 4 assists and 1 block. Bosh scored his season-high 30 points against the 76ers and is currently 6th in the league in scoring.

The Heat are currently the only undefeated team in the Eastern Conference and one of the four remaining undefeated teams in the NBA. It’s only the first week of the NBA season, but Bosh is showing he is worth the $118 million contract he received from the Heat.
