Mary J Blige Receives Proclamation from City of Atlanta [PHOTOS]

Grammy award winner, Mary J Blige, was honored by the city of Atlanta this past Monday. She was in town to promote her upcoming album, The London Sessions. This will be Mary’s thirteenth studio album and is set to be released in the U.K. on November 24 and then in the U.S. on December 2.

Mary J Blige sat down with V103’s Ryan Cameron and Wanda Smith to discuss her new album and what we can expect from it. While there, Atlanta City Councilman Andre Dickens presented Mary with a Proclamation on behalf of the City of Atlanta and the Atlanta City Council on behalf of her outstanding contributions to music and support of the city.
