During a recent phone interview, he discussed the video concept, production, and idea behind the song. From the conversation, it’s obvious that Antonio remains gracious even after finally seeing his vision come to life.

On the video concept…

“I kind of already had an idea of what I wanted the video to look like. Before there were even words to the song, the track alone gives you a visual, so I kind of had a visual before even everything was done. so, I’ve always had a visual of how I wanted it to look like.”

On production time…

“It only took us a day to shoot the video and -from the time of recording to shooting the actual video – about three weeks. We actually met the director through the engineer that was on the [studio] session.”

On the meaning behind the song…

“Phermones is basically straight to the point. You know, a women’s phermones. Men, we can’t get away from it. We love it! So, we just wrote it based on that concept.”

Antonio Ramsey’s “The Reconstruction,” is expected to be released in spring 2015. For now, stay updated on his artistry via www.AntonioRamsey.com or follow him in Instagram @ar_muzic.
