RHOA’s Demetria McKinney Hosts BE Magazine’s #NWH5 Fashion Show [PHOTOS]

Despite the downpour of rain and a $25 parking citation found on my window shield, my evening at BE Magazine‘s 5th Annual No Wire Hangers BEnefit Fashion Show (#NWH5) was quite pleasant. BE Magazine has been around since 2008. It is an online publication that offers a wide range of entertainment-lifestyle news and exclusive interviews.

To celebrate their anniversary, the magazine hosted a weekend long celebration that was topped off with their benefit fashion show. This year, #NWH5  was held at Studio Kitchen Event Space & Ikonic Dance Studio. The theme for the evening “Traffic Control,” showcased the eclectic-yet-electric designs by some of the city’s bright new young designers: Carlos Wayne, The Real C Mar, Q Maurice by Super Dope Closet Q, Planet Jag, Kings Clothing, Los Langelo, and Dus by Deon.  “Real Housewives of Atlanta” newest cast member Demetria McKinney was the event’s official host alongside Mr. Clay West, creator of #C4AC.

The fashion show’s primary goal was to show support for the Diabetes Association of Atlanta and raise awareness for National Diabetes Month, which is November.
