The 2004 tsunami – that devastatingly impacted the Indian Ocean and the surrounding countries – placed a kind and generous thought in the mind of one supermodel.

Petra Nemcova, supermodel-philanthropist-entrepreneur, founded an organization to hep restore the communities and lives of children affected by the tsunami or other natural disasters. To help do this, Petra created the Happy Hearts Fund, which to date has rebuilt 92 schools in 9 countries. During the Forbes Under 30 summit, Petra and humanitarian Hugh Evans joined hands to create a heart shape. They then took a selfie in order to spread awareness about the fund and how donations can help create new communities that has been impacted by natural disasters.

To get in on the worldwide campaign, Petra and celebrities such as Wiz Khalifa, John Legend and his boo Chrissy Teigen has accepted the #HappyHeartsChallenge. To get in on the worldwide campaign, share of photo of you and another person joining hands to create a heart. Then share your photo on social media using the hashtag #HappyHeartsChallenge. Afterwards, challenge three other individuals to share their heart photos, but they have to tag you and send a text to HEARTS (85944) and donate $10 to the Happy Hearts Fund.
