Adidas will be ending their longstanding partnership with the NBA. After the 2016-17 season, Adidas will no longer serve as the NBA’s official outfitter.

The sporting gear company began their 11-year deal in 2006. Adidas was responsible for clothing the NBA, WNBA and NBA Development League. Players Derrick Rose, Damian Lillard, John Wall, Dwight Howard also have individual endorsement deals with the brand.

The NBA says it will open up the bidding process and plans to announce a new outfitting partner in April.

Adidas owns the rights to NBA-branded merchandise worldwide.
