You know what…I’ve come to realization that what you see is what you get on “Love & Hip Hop” and the shenanigans that goes on in Atlanta is all for television. Ratchet TV is what I prefer to call it. This is why when viewing shows like “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” take it all in as one big joke and keep laughing.

Next Monday, April 20, “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” returns with Season 4 at 8PM Est. on VH1. This season, the cast of LHHATL will turn the scandal and pre-arranged confrontation up ten notches. Per the extended trailer, the no-holds barred lifestyles of the cast members will keep us entertained each week. But, who’s really surprised?

Being a native of these Atlanta streets, I’m aware that everyone talks. So, while most of the world will be shocked at what they’ll see, the locals will watch with enthusiasm sprinkled with a bit of side-eye. No matter what, though, LHHATL will be worthy of tea sips throughout the season.

What foolery can you expect this season? Well, the obvious is the sex tape scandal between Mimi and Nikko. Apparently, Nikko has “conveniently” dragged his REAL wife all the way from Canada to partake in the turnip. The two secretly conspires to drop a bit of “secret” tea in on Joseline and Stevie regarding Mimi. Momma Dee has a new man. Well, he’s actually an ex-boyfriend that just planted his feet back on Georgia red dirt, after spending 7 years in prison. Erica is fighting for unpaid child support from Lil Scrappy. Will he pay up? Can he pay up? That’s the real question.

Rasheeda and Kirk storyline is not a fan favorite. With the addition of this new chick, Ashley, it’s obvious that they had no choice but to turn up this season or get lost in the sauce. The huge GAG for Season 4, I believe, will be Yung Joc’s baby mama drama. Better yet his 4 baby mama dramas. Yikes! Who knew he had 8 kids from four different women?? And, the gag is that his current girlfriend will reveal that she’s pregnant too. LAWD!

Besides Karlie Redd, Kaleena, Bambi, Ariane, and the return of K. Michelle, LHHATL’s plan to stretch out the roster may just work. New chicks like Diamond (the stripper/rapper) will most definitely bring a whole other ghetto element to VH1’s #1 rated reality series.

As much as I despise the bickering between Black women, I CAN’T WAIT ’til the show airs!!!

WILL YOU BE WATCHING LHHATL SEASON 4?
