GOOD DEED: Charles Barkley Donates $1 Million to Morehouse College

Sir Charles Barkley surprised all recently with the announcement that he’s donating $1 million dollars to Morehouse College. The former NBA star made the announcement during a media conference for the American Century Championship’s celebrity golf tournament.

Barkley insists that during his extended tenure with “Inside The NBA,” he will donate a million dollars per year to charity. To start, the historically black college will receive its donation, as well as, Barkley’s own alma mater Auburn University. He will also donate $1 million to the Wounded Warriors initiative for veterans.
