The Case of the Killer Kids

Atlanta residents attempt to kill parents….

Can you imagine giving your children the best life possible and one day waking up to them beating and trying to kill you? Yvonne Ervin and husband Zachary got the shock of their life when their children attempted to kill them for insurance money in Yvonne’s opinion.

Yvonne mad a call to 911 after hiding in a bed room on the second floor of her Atlanta home. Yvonne, 50, told the 911 operator:

“They’re trying to strangle and shoot us. They put Xanax in our food. They thought we were asleep and they tried to attack us. They beat me up. They beat him up. They’re trying to kill us.”

The sons Christopher, 22, and Cameron, 17 had stabbed her husband multiple times and beat him across the head with a gun. The sons are being charged with arson and aggravated assault. The police report says Cameron told them after his arrest: “Just kill me now. I tried to kill my f***ing parents. Who does that?”
