Dating apps, as we know, varies when it comes to niches. If you can think of it, there’s probably a dating site or app for that. Now, a pair of angel investors is betting their money on a wilder side of the dating game. With a $500,000 investment, the dating app 3nder (pronounced “Thrinder) is pushing forward this dating experience for people who prefer “threesomes.”

Launched in 2014, 3nder has over 1 million users. Whether you are straight, gay, bisexual, poly or pansexual, the app has garnered major growth in the U.S., despite it having a London-based inception. Apparently the hype is real because users are sending 1.2 million messages a month on the app and logging in 4 million swipes. Most users are couples and between the ages of 18 and 34.

3nder comes with a monthly subscription fee of $13.00. Also, it is required that subscribers log-in via Facebook in order to verify identities.
