Summer is coming! It is time for people to take off long sleeves and trousers and put on bikinis and hot shorts. A good body shape can be the best accessory for all of your clothes. Many people are eager to lose the fat they gained during the long winter, but working out in gyms cost so much money. In this article, let me introduce several cheap-yet-effective methods to lose weight.

1. Aerobics

Aerobics can be one of the best ways for people who have a tight budget to lose weight. You can just wear your casual clothes, a pair of sports shoes, close your room door and reach the purpose of losing weight. For aerobics videos, you can search for them on YouTube, a platform where there’s a large amount of exercise videos from fitness coaches worldwide.

Jung Da Yeon is a very popular South Korean fitness coach and her aerobics spread worldwide. The biggest advantages for her aerobics are that her aerobics’ actions are simple and easy to learn. Even if you are not good enough at physical coordination, you can follow up her instruction quickly. Although her actions are simple, they will cost a lot of your energy, make you become sweaty and tired. I did try to follow her aerobics several times, but I quit every attempt and never finished her entire session because I was so tired.
