Socialite Blac Chyna isn’t wasting any time protecting her rights to the Kardashian name.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Blac Chyna and her legal team has filed for copyright protection of “Angela Renee Kardashian.” Born Angela Renee White, Blac Chyna wants to own the rights to any usage of her forthcoming name change.

Under the copyright, Blac Chyna will profit off of name if used in various entertainment-related services, promotions, goods sold, television and movies, celebrity appearances and more.

Blac Chyna is the fiancé of Rob Kardashian and recently announced that she’s pregnant with their child. She currently has a son, King, birthed from a previous relationship with rapper Tyga.
