Love & Hip Hop Atlanta

“Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” season 5 finale landed itself in 2nd place in total viewership right behind the Democratic National Convention. The show peaked with a 1.4 rating among adults 18-49, with 2.6 million total viewers tuning in at the 8:00pm time slot. Whether we like or not, the show has proven to be a smash hit for VH1 and Mona Scott-Young’s Monami Entertainment.

Although there’s been rumors that the show may not return, that seems to be untrue. Several cast members are said to have signed on for season 6, but it is unknown who will actually return or be replaced. Nevertheless, what we can confirm is that season 5’s reunion is taped and is taking a different approach.

For the reunion, cast members will be interviewed in “two’s.” Violence has been an ongoing battle with producers on this show. Therefore, the need for separation will be implemented for safety issues and to weed out any potential lawsuits. As for the drama, the notable “ah ha!” moment in the reunion is how most of the ladies all express their disdain for Joseline Hernandez.  Joseline, on the other hand, could care less.

Also, there seems to be a big secret about Karlie Redd that may (or may not) get exposed.

Check out the reunion teaser above.
