Sean Kingston says he’s suffering from extensive mental and emotional distress since his chain snatching incident. Thus, he has filed a lawsuit against the club where it happened and is seeking nearly $900,000 in damages.

Although he popped off on Instagram in response to The Game calling him a snitch, Sean Kingston says he’s fearful of his life. He believes the club, Playhouse, set him up to be robbed of $300,00 worth of jewelry. In his lawsuit, Kingston claims the club’s security stopped people helping him after the robbery instead of stopping the assailant, who slipped out the door.

“Anderson (Sean Kingston) is informed and believes and theron alleges that Penthouse security was involved in orchestrating the assault and refused to provide aid to Anderson,” his suit read.

He feels like the club should have a done a better job hiring their security detail. The Game and Meek Mill were in the club when this happened. The Game blasted Kingston for pointing the finger at him and his crew, accusing them of stealing the jewelry.
