Tupac Shakur’s estate is attempting to stop the sale of a handwritten lyric sheet for the Better Days track, “Catchin’ Feelings.”

The lyric sheet is being sold by the memorabilia site Moments In Times for $38,500. Supposedly, the artifact will go on sale tomorrow (September 13), which is the 20th anniversary of Tupac’s death.

His estate, however, isn’t here for it.

The estate is the rightful owner of Tupac’s lyrics and other written creations. They are planning to pursue legal ramifications against anyone who try’s to sale the late rapper’s belongings.

It is believe that an ex-employee of the studio where Tupac recorded “Catchin’ Feelings,” obtained the lyric sheet at that location.

The owner of Moments In Time, Gary Zimet, tells TMZ that he is unbothered by the estate’s threats and will move forward with the sale.
