Anna Wutzburger, of New York, says she highly disappointed after paying $20 for a bucket of chicken in the summer of 2015.  The bucket didn’t meet her expectations, after seeing what was advertised by Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC).

“I came home and said, “Where’s the chicken?’ ” Anna Wurtzburger told the New York Post.  “I thought I was going to have a couple of meals.”

Wutzburger claims that the advertised bucket shows a “bucket that’s overflowing with chicken.”  She complained to KFC, but was told the overflow is done only for the public to see the chicken.

She believes that’s false advertising.

Wutzburger hired a lawyer and is asking for $20 million in damages and for KFC to change its advertising.

When a CBS Local news station asked her why she’s suing for $20 million, the 64-year-old grandmother stated…

“It’s the principal of the matter. Sometimes you gotta hit people where they feel it.”

KFC says the lawsuit is “meritless.”
