Memorabilia and auction site, Moments in Time, has collected and put up for sale several personal items of Tupac Shakur. Now, the estate of Pac’s mother, Afeni Shakur, is suing the company for illegally selling the items.

According to TMZ, Moments in Time and two owners of Tupac memorbilia are listed as defendants in the lawsuit. Howard King, the attorney handling Afeni Shakur’s estate, claims that the towners didn’t have the rights to give Shakur’s property to the auction house, therefore they are being listed as co-defendants.

Of the items listed by Moments in Time, Tupac’s driver’s license, a passport, handwritten lyrics, and the BMW that Tupac was fatally shot in was put up for sale. Although the BMW is not listed in the lawsuit, Pac’s “Dear Mama” lyric sheet was recently listed with a price tag of $75,000. TMZ states that Pac’s estate tried to block the sale of “Catchin’ Feelings” lyric sheet back in September 2016. However, that fell through.

Tupac Shakur is deemed as one of “the most cherished and iconic African American figures” by memorabilia expert Paxton Baker. This year, Tupac will be posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Rest assure that Pac’s price will go up after that.
