Diversification is top priority on Shawn Carter’s list.

From Roc Nation to Tidal, Jay Z has put his money to good use in just about every industry possible. His latest decision to move into the financial arena shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.

Yahoo! is reporting that Hov has created a new venture capital firm called ARRIVE. In an exclusive statement to Yahoo!, Roc Nation’s Head of New Ventures, Neil Sirni, explains the mission for the company.

“Arrive was created to leverage our experience and resources in building brands, developing consumer facing businesses, managing artists and representing athletes. We’ve opened that diversified, global range of expertise to a new vertical: entrepreneurs and their early stage businesses.”

Arrive’s development is in partnership with Primary Venture Partners and GlassBridge Asset Management. Ben Sun, the co-founder of Primary expressed how he’s excited about working with Jay Z and Roc Nation. “What Roc Nation has built so far is a true testament to their vision, capabilities and willingness to dig in and take their companies to the next level. We are thrilled to partner with the amazing team at ARRIVE and to leverage these unique resources to build the next generation of powerful brands.”

Arrive is just the latest in Jay Z’s growth as a businessman. Recently, he’s been diving into the film industry. Jay signed on as producer for Lin-Manuel Miranda’s “In The Heights.”  Roc Nation, of course, manages the careers of numerous superstars like Rihanna, DJ Khaled, sports stars Kevin Durant, Dez Bryant and many others.

Congrats to Jay!
