Ja Rule and business partner, Billy McFarland, are being sued again by festival goers.

After recently being hit with a $100 million class-action lawsuit, L.A. attorney John Girardi is adding fuel to the fire by representing three festival-goers who are suing for “breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and fraud.” According to The Hollywood Reporter, the suit believes organizers knew outright that the luxurious festival promised was a scam.

In addition, Girardi insists that festival announcements posted by “influencers” like Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner were illegal. The suit claims that celebrities were paid to post about the festival, but didn’t disclose that information. This is a violation of Federal Trade Commission rules.

The plaintiffs are seeking a ban on Fyre Festival from having any similar events in the future, as well as, “restitution, punitive damages and disgorgement of any profits.”
