Can’t stop won’t stop. Sean “Diddy” Combs takes the top spot again on the Forbes 2017 Richest Hip Hop Artist list.

It’s going to be celebration when Diddy hits billionaire status. But for now, the business mogul is setting the standard with a net worth of $820 million. With a plethora of business ventures like Revolt, Diageo’s Ciroc, and DeLeon tequila, hip-hop’s supreme motivator continues to show us all that anything is possible.

Landing at number two is Jay Z’s with a net worth of $810 million. Roc Nation founder made a huge jump from last year. Sprint invested $200 million in his TIDAL streaming service, placing its value at $600 million. In addition, his Roc Nation imprint, Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spades) champagne, and Dusse cognac, helps contribute to his continued reign.

Dr. Dre comes in at number three with $740 million. His Beats by Dre/Apple deal even placed him ahead of Jay Z at one point.

Birdman and Drake closes out the Top Five. The Cash Money CEO comes in fourth with $110 million. Drake’s fifth placement derives from various deals with Sprite, Apple and others. The Toronto-native beat out 50 Cent with $90 million on the books.
