If “The Story of O.J.” wasn’t eye-opening enough, the complexity of JAY-Z’s latest video release follows the same route.

In the new “4:44” video, JAY-Z confronts the turmoil of his relationship with wife Beyonce’ in an artistic compilation of various snapshots of black culture. The same conflict that Blacks experience – whether through social injustice, peer-on-peer interactions, fun times or sad – “4:44” explores those variations with visual clips taken from social media and even historical interviews with iconic legends like Eartha Kitt.

“4:44” has already collected close to 1.4 million views on YouTube.
