Why is this a surprise? It’s not like an inmate can get a minimum wage job while serving time!

On the heels of rapper Meek Mill being denied bail twice, news has surfaced now on how much he’s earning in prison. A recent report posted by TMZ says the Dreamchaser founder has been assigned several odd jobs to earn a few pennies.

The Wins & Losses rapper is reportedly on the general labor crew cleaning cell blocks, washing dishes, and helping to clean up the prion grounds. Of course, he’s not making thousands doing so. Instead, his work detail only brings in an estimated 19 cents per hour.

Well, at least, Meek’s staying busy and using his time wisely.

Meek Mill is currently serving two to four years for violation probation.
