Warrior star player Kevin Durant has big plans for his post-NBA career.

ESPN’s Chris Haynes is reporting that Durant is making strides to one day own a NBA team. “This is a genuine goal of his after he retires, to add another African-American in the position of majority ownership,” a source tells Haynes.

With earning over $140 Million while playing in the NBA, Durant is no stranger to venturing into various business opportunities. He’s invested in a financial savings app called Acorns, a pizza chain Pieology, tech companies Rubrik and Overtime and several more. Durant has also secured sponsorships from Beats by Dre, American Family Insurance and Nike, to name a few.

Durant definitely has his finger on the pulse and it seems his goal don’t seem so far fetched.
