When I hear the word entertainment, several words come to mind. For instance: the movies, concerts, dinners, drinks, parties, trips, the list can go on and on. All of the things listed take finances to fund whatever your heart desires.

Whether you are in the entertainment industry or you like to entertain money is the key to make it happen. Without the proper funding your entertainment will not be a success. I take that back, if you don’t have or know someone with adequate funds, your entertainment will not make it too far. The reason I say this is if you are an aspiring actor, you must take acting classes. If your funds are low you will not be able to take the necessary course to boost your career. On the other hand, if you like to entertain your guests, money is the key unless you have them B.Y.O.B. and provide their own refreshments.

Nevertheless, entertainment and finances in my opinion do go hand and hand. Regardless of what industry you are in, you must make sure your finances are in order. Balancing checkbooks, having a 6

month emergency fund and saving 10% of your earnings whenever you get paid is a great beginning.

Think about it, do you feel Entertainment and Finances go hand and hand? Without finances would there be entertainment?
