Four-time heavyweight champion, Evander Holyfield is in negotiations to fight WBA heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev in December in either Germany or Switzerland.

Evander has not fought since losing to Sultan Ibragimov a year ago. While winning this fight would make Evander the oldest heavyweight champion in history…….45 year old Evander at 6ft 2ins and about 215 pounds with a 42-9-2, 27 KO’s record against a 7-foot, 300-pound Valuev with a record of 49-1, 34 KO’s = NOT SAFE.

According to telegraho.co.uk, “It is believed Holyfield will earn less than $750,000 for the contest”. Uh, huh? So what’s the real deal, “Real Deal”?

George Foreman, the oldest man to hold a heavy weight title belt earned it in 1994 at age 45 when he knocked out Michael Moorer in one of boxing’s greatest upsets. Good luck with this one ‘Van! Maybe it’s possible, we shall see.
