Alabama rapper, Rich Boy, recently made the news (even though his career has been on hiatus for a while).

Chaz Mosley, a tax accountant in Mobile, Alabama, was awarded $337, 500 in a judgment against Marece “Rich Boy” Richards. Well apparently he didn’t pay up. So, Mr. Mosley and his legal goons are now on his tail. Word is they traveled to Atlanta recently, filed a lawsuit in Fulton County, and are prepared to have the county seize any assets Rich Boy has in the Atlanta area.

See…back in 2005, Mosley claims that Rich Boy and his brother, Irvin O. Richards Jr., pulled up in front of him in a Cadillac and opened fire with an assault weapon. Ten bullets entered the vehicle which left Mosley with fragments in his head.

This ordeal sent both parties to court and Irvin Jr. got a 10 year prison sentence. Mosley was awarded $312,500 in punitive damages and $25,000 in compensatory damages.

No statement has been made by Rich Boy.

Hhmmm…wonder why they shot up his car?? Hopefully more juicy details of this story will come out soon.
