New York’s own Azealia Banks has been riding high since her song “212” caught the attention of music lovers. The brown skinned beauty effortlessly stands out from her female rap peers. Oftentimes, rocking long purple hair and gracing fashion industry events with her dope performances. She’s unique and outspoken. But with the level of talent that she endures, one would think she’d been it for the long haul. Well, that’s not the case.

In a recent interview, Azealia expressed that it’s “kinda tacky” and that she doesn’t want to rap forever. Unlike many rappers who would kill to have longetivity in this game, Azealia could care less.

“I’d eventually like to stop rapping, that’s just the honest truth,” Banks said. “One day I don’t wanna rap anymore, just because I think it’s easy, but I think it’s kinda tacky. I think it’s very unladylike. I like it but I think I’m gonna get tired of it.”

Despite the way she feels, she’s still a dope artist.  Hopefully, Azealia will embrace her talents for the duration of several albums. The fans would love that! Her next album, “Broke With Expensive Taste”, will debut on February 12, 2013.

She recently released a track called “BBD” (Bad Bitches Do It).  Take a listen below:
