The East came out on top during the highlight event of NBA All Star Weekend.  The 2013 Slam Dunk Contest brought out six legaue players (3 from the West & 3 from the East). The players included:

West

Jeremy Evans (Utah Jazz)

Eric Bledsoe (Los Angeles Clippers)

Kenneth Faried (Denver Nuggets)

East

Gerald Green (Indiana Pacers)

Terrence Ross (Toronto Raptors)

James White (New York Knicks)

Despite the great competition from 2012 Slam Dunk winner Jeremy Evans in the finals, Toronto Raptors player Terrence Ross took the win!  Apparently, it was Ross’ overall sportmanship that won him the title. His tribute to Vince Carter, adorning a no. 15 Raptors jersey while serving an off-the-glass 360-degree slam, effortlessly sealed his fate.

Ross is the only other Raptor to win the Slam Dunk title after Vince Carter.
