Kelly recently premiered a new joint on Big Tigger’s radio show in Atlanta.  This is the second buzz single off of his upcoming Black Panties album.  Unlike “My Story”, this song “Tear It Up” is classic R. Kelly with the sexual references and mellow harmonies. For additional flavor, rapper Future spits a hot 16 for the ladies.
