Next April (2014), funny man Steve Harvey will be inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters ‘Broadcasting Hall of Fame’.  Harvey will join the ranks with other notable broadcasters who have made a huge impact on radio and television.

 

Steve Harvey is well-deserving of the acknowledgment. He has been in the entertainment business since the 1980’s. He has the numerous number one ranked programs and millions of listeners on his radio show. Harvey’s accomplishments are listed below:

 

  • hosts the number #1 syndicated radio show in America, “The Steve Harvey Morning Show”; the morning show is also #1 amongst African-Americans
  • “The Steve Harvey Morning Show” airs on 70 different radio stations and garners 6 million listeners per week
  • author; his book “Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man” is an international best-seller and inspiration for the feature length film
  • host of the daytime talk show “Steve Harvey Show”; received the 2013 Peoples Choice Award for “Favorite New Talk Show Host”
  • host of syndication game show, “Family Feud”

 

Harvey has a unique ability to use humor that can transcend across all races and ages. Those are the things that have made him a very likable guy who can draw in audiences on any platform.
