Football Fans not happy about Eric LeGrand Comments

Eric LeGrand backlash from Beyonce VMA’s comment….

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers NFL player, Eric LeGrand, received a huge backlash after his VMA comments during Beyonce’s performance.  LeGrand posted a social media picture of himself being tackled and paralyzed during a pro NFL game in in 2010. The picture LeGrand tweeted reached over 132,000 followers and the captioned read, “Beyonce got everyone like this when she performs “Drunk in Love.””

Fans immediately commented and were outraged because they felt the comment was insensitive. An hour after the tweet and a long list of comments from fans, LeGrand posted a follow up and stated:

“With my last tweet you guys can see that I have a sense of humor with my injury… gotta enjoy life and laugh I know that cracked me up lol.”
