The Green Bay Packers dominated the Minnesota Vikings with a 42-10 home victory. Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for 156 yards and 3 touchdowns. Packers Running Back Eddie Lacy had his best game of the season with 13 carries for 105 yards with an incredible 8.1 yards per carry and 2 rushing touchdowns. Packers Wide Receivers Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Davante Adams each had a receiving touchdown. Packers Linebacker Julius Peppers returned a 49 yard interception for a touchdown. The Packers scored their 42 points in the first three quarters and improve to 3-2.

Vikings Quarterback Christian Ponder passed for 222 yards, 2 interceptions and had a rushing touchdown. Running Back Matt Asiata led the Vikings with 72 yards rushing and Wide Receiver Adam Thielen led the team with 57 yards receiving. The Vikings are 2-3 now after upsetting the Atlanta Falcons last week with Rookie Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater. Bridgewater was injured at the end of the game against the Falcons and third string Quarterback Ponder played poorly for the Vikings. This was another Thursday Night Football game that was a blowout.
