Gospel Artist Tye Tribbett Grants A ‘Wish’ Over the Holidays [PHOTOS]

Over the weekend, Stella Award winning gospel singer/songwriter, Tye Tribbett, made a visit to one of his youngest fans this past weekend.

The 38-year old artist traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina to meet 10-year old Kentrell Johnson. Johnson suffers from sickle cell anemia and is sponsored by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Tribbett took time out to grant Johnson’s wish – to meet his role model – and share fun conversation, song, and dance.

Tye Tribbett is one of the premiere gospel artists who’s known to captivate stages with his gospel team, G.A. (Greater Anointing).  His most recent project “Greater Than” was released in August 2013. The album earned Tribbett two Grammy Awards.
