Reports are saying that rapper Tyga is being sued again by the landlord of his Calabasas home. This is the second lawsuit regarding the property, but this time Tyga’s owes $70,000. Apparently, Tyga put $200,000 down on the $8 million home back in September. However, the landlord says that Tyga never follow through with the contract. Now, Tyga owes $70K, which is the amount of rent incurred since September.

Didn’t Tyga buy girlfriend Kylie a $320,000 sports car for her birthday?? SMH…
