The Terminator and former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, is in some major trouble.

A deceased inmates family is suing the Schwarzenegger for killing their son. In the lawsuit, Rodney Taylor Sr’s family claims that while he was a prisoner at Avenal State Prison, from 2010 to 2014, he contracted Valley Fever. The family says Rodney eventually died because the ex-Governor didn’t do his due diligence in warning and educating the inmate about the disease. Valley Fever contaminated the prison, but Schwarzenegger failed at telling new detainees about it.

Rodney’s family is asking for burial expenses and other unspecified damages.

According to TMZ, a total of 22 current and former inmates – of another California prison – have filed a lawsuit against Schwarzenegger. Valley Fever is a disease that is spread by spores found in soil. Victims may suffer limb amputations, skin lesions, brain damage, and other breakdowns of bodily organs.
