5 Adult Fashion Trends For Kids

I still remember a green long sleeve T-shirt, which I wore when I was about 4-years-old. In the middle of the T-shirt there was a large Donald Duck, which was cut from one of my father’s T-shirts and sewn on by my mother. All the clothes I had in my childhood were not fancy at all. Most of them had bright colors and cartoon patterns. However, children clothes have grown into new trends in recent years. According to many high fashion brands’ designs, children’s clothes are now more like adult clothes.

Among Asian social media, one topic “Dress your daughters/sons like this” is really popular. On all pictures about this topic, all the kid models dressed in adult style clothes. Some of these clothes are the same as adult clothes, but in mini size.

Like David Beckham’s little daughter, Harper Seven Beckham, many of her clothes are mini sizes of high fashion brands’ adult clothes. Last year, Victoria Beckham sold some of her daughter’s clothes and used the money to do charity.

You can see from the picture that nearly all of the shoes are Loafer and ballet shoes. Those styles are popular among ladies, but my parents never let me wear them until middle school. My parents believed that children’s feet are not powerful enough to hold these types of shoes.

Another trait of Beckham’s clothes is that her clothes are not all in bright color, most of them are monochrome.
