Tiger

After years of struggling on the green following his unfortunate domestic fallout, pro-golfer Tiger Woods has reclaimed the world’s number one spot. Woods hadn’t been that far up the totem pole since late 2010 even having previously dropped to number 58.

Woods sealed the deal for the top spot earlier this week with his win at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Not only is he back on top of his game, but he also seems to be a step ahead of his competition. With his recent wins he’s kept his competitors at least two shots behind him in the final round.

According to Woods, his rise back to the top is “a byproduct of hard work, patience and getting back to winning golf tournaments.”

Woods will face the Masters next and attempt to break his five-year losing streak in the majors.
